How long is a session?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes long, often referred to as a "therapeutic hour". However our initial meeting is usually 15-20 minutes.

I require 48 hours notice for cancellation's; otherwise the full session fee may apply.

Can I bring my dog to Walk and Talk?

No, unless it is a service animal, as they can be a distraction

Is everything I say confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but with a few exceptions for legal reasons such as money laundering, drug trafficking, human trafficking, terrorism and as I am in Wales I have an obligation to raise any Safeguarding concerns that may arise with the apropriate authority.
